As part of City of Manningham redevelopment plan for Doncaster Hill, Brecknock Consulting were invited to manage the commissioning of an artwork for the restored Doncaster Boulevard Pedestrian Underpass. Warren Langley, a Sydney artist, was selected to produce an LED light projection work to run the full length of the tunnel to enhance the visual experience for pedestrians, cyclists, school students and community members accessing the underpass.
